After more than 14 years as a licensed real estate agent working on teams, I've decided to take the leap and go independent. Bonnie Nguyen Real Estate, brokered by eXp Realty, is officially open. It's exciting, it's challenging, and it's something I've been building toward for a long time.

What operations taught me
For most of my career I've worked on two sides of real estate at once: as a licensed agent, and as the operations director behind the scenes. Running operations for teams let me see how different brokerages and teams work, what makes them succeed, and where things break down. It taught me to think bigger and to build systems that hold up when business gets busy.
Learning alongside teams and brokerages with decades of combined experience gave me a playbook most agents never get. I know what works and what doesn't, and now I get to put all of it into my own business.
